I tried this and it seems to work.

I used American white cheese and pepper jack cheese and also dried hot red peppers. Cheddar cheese doesn't seem to be the right thing to use. Pepper jack gives it that kick it needs. You can add what ever else you wish but we like it pretty well like this. You can add a little cayenne pepper if you want more kick it is up to you.
