Once I left Anchorage 3 years ago I haven't found a really decent buffalo wing here in the south. This summer my brother brought me 100 wings from Wings N Things(they didn't last long). Wings in the south are either red or flavored, soggy and not crispy. I'm dying for some real wings. Blessings on anyone who can get me the recipe, cooking instructions, for these wonderful, tasty, tender wings.
