My favorite Panera Salad! I was desperate when they originally removed this from the menu as a seasonal salad. Here's what I discovered. If you take Kraft Cole Slaw dressing and add apple juice to it, you come up with a very similar taste, but a thinner consistency. I am so happy it returned to the menu.
