This recipe looked good so I tried them as my Mom always made checkerboard cookies- but not this recipe. The vanilla shortbread came out great but the chocolate is so dry and crumbly I cannot get it together to form the logs...I am so aggravated at this point I could cry. I will try to add a small bit of water to make it work,,,,but what it wrong with the chocolate??
