This is a delicious punch that is very easy to make and can be made several days ahead of time and put in the freezer. I have used this recipe several times for teas, weddings, church parties etc. I always have great comments on this punch.
"PUNCH"
2 small boxes Jello (lime,raspberry or lemon) 2 cups hot water 2 cups sugar 2 cups hot water 2 quarts pineapple juice 2 cups ReaLemon juice 1 (1 oz.) bottle almond extract
Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Then dissolve sugar in the other 2 cups of hot water. Add pineapple juice, ReaLemon juice and almond extract. Freeze in milk cartons. Take out of freezer 3 hours before serving and mash with masher until like slush. Then add 3 quarts gingerale and serve.
For green punch - use lime jello For pink punch - use raspberry jello For yellow punch - use lemon jello
