Thanks so much, Halyna - that's it exactly - we were there for lunch awhile ago and I had this and it was so delicious. Been thinking about it ever since and thought it would also make a very nice company dish. And something you could do a bit ahead, too.
Thanks again - cold up there right now, right? It's cold down here today in FL, too - it was 43 here this morning and didn't get out of the mid-50s all day, supposed to be even colder tomorrow. High 30's. (I know it's all relative - but after living in FL for 6 years, my blood is too thin for these temps!)
