I'm looking for the receipe for Italian Tarella. These are dount shaped bread type snacks That are dry and hard, usually dipped in wine before eating. There are no eggs or sugar in them and I believe they are cooked in boiling water before baking. There is also fennel seed and course black pepper in them. I get them at an Italian bakery but it is 180 miles from here!!!!! help.
