I am looking for a recipe for white queso (cheese) dip. This dip is made at most Mexican restaraunts in the area, El Rodeo, Los Tapatios, and Conzuelas are the three I can think of off the top of my head. I have tried several different recipies that claim to be replicas of this cheese dip and have yet to get anywhere near what I am looking for. Somebody please, please help!!!
