MAPLE BUTTER OR VANILLA NUT SYRUP

1 1/4 cups corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. maple butter flavor or vanilla nut extract

Heat corn syrup, sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly.

Blend in flavoring desired.

Makes about 2 cups
