Hi, after tasting your version AND a slice at the Cheesecake Factory, I am certain of two things—1. the Cheesecake Factory does NOT bake their product and 2. the Cheesecake Factory is mixing in another diairy product in to their product which I am not sure is real cream cheese. I'm sayin', to me, the Cheesecake Factory product is between ice cream and pudding and your recipe is not even a distant match to theirs.
