Many years ago, growing up in the D.C. area, there was a magnificent seafood restaurant on the potomac called THE Flagship. When you sat down you were immediately served these enormous light fluggy yeasty buns that were dripping with a light icing which i think was made from confectioners sugar and rum . i used to have the recipe. anyone got this or something close? Many thanks!
