I agree, these are the best Mojitos anywhere! After having one several years ago at the Bahama Breeze in Orlando, I found the recipe on the Bahama Breeze website I think. It is not there now. I am looking for my copy of it, but the recipe Halyna sent looks very close to it. The one thing I do remember is that they use Cruzan Citrus Rum, and I cannot find that here.
