The recipe calls for putting spoonfuls of the base batter on top of the cream cheese batter, then spoonfuls of the cinnamon filling, and then swirling the two throughout the cream cheese batter. It seems the base batter would be somewhat "stiff" and would not swirl easily. Am I missing something here?
I really want to try this recipe, but I don't want to mess it up. Any insight into this would be appreciated.
