I would like to make a meat burrito similiar to Tippy’s Taco House but have not quite got it. The meat looks like it was ground finer and I cannot quite get the taste. Does anyone have it? I love the one in Laurel, (now Toucan Taco) but I have moved away and miss it. Can anyone help?
