Hello, I am looking for a recipe that I had in Tampa Florida last week called Saltimbocco, I think the spelling is correct. it is veal pounded very thin and cooked with smoked pruscuito{Italian Ham} with lemon & garlic butter. I think you could also make it with chicken or turkey. I would appreciate it . I see someone on here has a couple of recipess from Macaroni Bar & Grill and that is where I ate i. Very good thanks
