Many people have asked for "Roadhouse Grill" Yeast Rolls... does anyone have the recipe for these? NOT Texas Roadhouse, NOT Logans, BUT Roadhouse Grill, the national restaurant chain that serves your drinks in mason jars and gives you a bucket of peanuts for your eating pleasure while waiting and encourages you to throw the shells on the floor! They also have All-You-Can-Eat Baby Back Ribs on Mondays... The restaurant decor is unmistakable, everything is painted an off-white/beige, usually with some "saloon women" murals near the front and the bar.

I don't know who Texas Roadhouse or Logans are but DON'T think they are the same ones when people are requesting ROADHOUSE GRILL.

If you've been there, you surely would know the rolls! They are random shapes--none are round--as if cut from a thick sheet of dough. They are sweet & yeasty and are very lightly baked--never browned in my experiences. They are served with a side of whipped sweet butter (NOT cinnamon butter.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
