I have been pretty successful at duplicating Copeland's "Magnolia Mushroom" Appetizer with this recipe:
1 1/2 cups Classico Garlic Alfredo Sauce 1 cup Chablis white wine 1/2 tomato, diced 4 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon fresh minced basil 1/2 pound cleaned and cooked shrimp toast points (for serving) Mix Alfredo Sauce with wine; simmer 10 minutes.
Add tomato, garlic, and basil in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes longer.
Add shrimp. Serve over toast points. |
