Someone from Jim N Nicks told me that the biscuits have confectionate sugar in them. If you experiment with this same recipe and substitute some confectionate sugar, let me know how it turns out and the amount of ingredients you used. I'd surely like to get a little closer to the origional taste of these wonderful biscuits/ mini-muffins.
