We take the dough and roll it out like a sausage, then cut off "dots." The dots go in a pan, with a screen on top, through the oven (which takes about 7 minutes). They are squirted with "Whirl" which is a thick butter flavored oil. (I believe some warehouse stores (Smart N Final) carry something similar.) Then its sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. The frosting is basically a simple glaze recipe - powdered sugar and milk. |
