Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop in Baltimore, Maryland makes the best Cannoli filling. It is almost like a smooth, heavy icing with mini chocolate chips in it rather than the ricotta cheese, chunky type of cannoli filling. Does any one have any idea how to make the filling? Thanks!
