I think its funny to see so many people loved Chicos tacos. I lived there for my childhood years, and didnt know what I was missing until I moved to Memphis, went BACK to texas to visit (and visit chicos, of course) and am without this tiny taco in the yummy sauce! I too am going to attempt to make these on my own as I crave them on a pretty regular basis too.
