Higbee's Muffins
4 cups flour 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted
Stir together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Beat eggs and milk; add to flour mixture.
Stir gently with fork until just moist.
Stir in melted butter.
Divide into 24 muffin tins.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
