I also am in search of the "Popeye's Red Beans and Rice" recipe. The ones listed here are not even close, in my opinion. I wonder if they have even tasted the real deal? I have been told that the employees at the various locations for Popeyes do not know the recipe. Does anyone have the original? Thanks.
