At my baby shower we had Hawaiian food catered from a restaurant called the loft and ever since I have been trying to figure at the recipes. I really like their kalabi short ribs, but can’t figure out what kind of beef it is or what's in the sauce. Their mac salad is so good but can’t figure out what’s in it. I’ve gotten close but I’m missing something. And their bacon friend rice. On their web sight it says they use their secret sauce, but I don’t know what’s in that. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it
