TEXAS ROADHOUSE STEAK RUB

4 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Onion powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic salt

Season the meat to taste.

Sear 1 minute on each side at 450 degrees.

Grill at 425 degrees. Grill to desired temperature.
