I love the Penne Rosa from Noodles, but the closest Noodles and Co. to me is 3 hours away. I tried the recipe last night and it turned out fantastic! It tasted almost exactly like the real thing. I substituted 2% evaporated milk for the heavy cream- less calories and fat- and it still tasted really good. Thank you so much for posting this awesome recipe!
