I have been looking for a recipe for this forever, but the best i could do was watch the playback of it on my PVR and try to imitate it. I tried the following recipe and it sort of worked but by the end thelayers sort of melted together because I did not have enough time to freeze it, after each of the last layers. This recipe is sort of pieced together from another silk pie recipe but like the last person replying, I cannot stand it when people do not want to share recipes and her determination to keep it a secret is what inspired me to try making it. Anyways here is what I did, if anyone tries it and figures out a better way please tell me!

Silk:
- Pudding like, can stand up on its own, yet can still drip (ribbon)
- Not as heavy and dense as a fudge but not as light and airy as a mousse

16 oz (1 pound) Belgium Chocolate (dark, semi-sweet or white for the white silk)
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1 pound 7 ounces (652g) sweet butter (softened)
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs (pasteurized)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt the chocolate with cream slowly in a double boiler.

Meanwhile, whip the butter and sugar together in a mixer (DO NOT OVER WHIP) till just incorporated. Add eggs one at a time, and vanilla, whip again till just incorporated. Add chocolate mixture after chocolate is melted and still warm, stir by hand until smooth and butter is melted.

Layer 1:
- Almond crust: caramel, pinch of cloves, pinch of cinnamon, orange zest, lemon zest, press into bottom of pan

Layer 2:
- Dark chocolate silk, tablespoon orange purée (looks a lot like just orange juice), and 1 tablespoon of espresso (dark and syrupy).
-- Thicker than pudding but still easy to pour.
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Layer 3:
- White chocolate silk, 1-2 tablespoons of Courvoisier, pinch of cloves and cinnamon
-- Quite liquidy

Layer 4:
- Dark chocolate silk, 1 tablespoon of espresso.
-- Thicker than pudding but still easy to pour.

Layer 5:
- White chocolate silk, 1 tablespoon of orange puree, pinch of cloves and cinnamon

Layer 6:
- White & dark chocolate silk, 1 tablespoon of: Courvoisier, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, orange puree, espresso, and a pinch of cloves and cinnamon

Layer 7:
- White chocolate silk, 1-2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
-- Quite liquidy
