I have been trying to recreate Contadina's pizza sauce recipe for months and have failed on all attempts. I'm at the point where I'm ready to contact them to see if they will sell it to me in bulk.

I've tried numereous canned sauces and I haven't found any that have stacked up to their basic canned sauce. I do doctor it up a tad by adding some more oregano and a tsp of some pizza sauce seasoning blend.

I'd love to find a recipe so I can make my own but all 9 billion that I've come across on the net just doesn't compare to their basic sauce.

Anyone have a recipe for this? Please... I have an AMAZING home made pizza dough recipe that will make 2 16" round pizzas that is just waiting for some homemade Contadina-like pizza sauce.

There have to be some pizza shop experts that can help me out, please...
