I am from WV but moved to FL a few years back. I discovered the restaurant in WPB called Don Ramones Cuban Cuisine...I absolutely loved it!
Well now I live back in WV and of course we dont have any Cuban cuisine anywhere in the state so I have been trying to find out how to make the chicken from that restaurant...I am not sure how its spelled but I know its # 4 on the menu (haha) and its small chicken chunks...they are sooooo good!
If someone knows how to make them please let me know!
