GLAZED LEMON LOAF
1 (2-layer size) Lemon Cake Mix 1 (4-serving size) instant lemon pudding mix 1 cup water 4 eggs 1/3 cup oil FOR THE LEMON GLAZE: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 3 to 4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Mix all ingredients for the cake together well and pour into two well greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. (I like to check it at 25 minutes and then another check at 28 minutes.)
While loaves are baking mix together the ingredients for the Lemon Glaze. Drizzle over hot loaves.
My DH says this is better than starbucks !! Good Luck Annie
