I tried these few changes & made it PERFECT! Use the uncle bens premade rice. sweet baby rays bbq. crackling oat bran cereal crushed fine. use the recipe the guy gave for a glaze. The key is use a little hickory chips when grilling. It makes all the difference! YUM!
