CHICKEN AND WILD RICE WITH MUSHROOMS SOUP
(similar to Panara Breads)

2 cups cooked chicken, diced, chuncked or shredded - your preference
1 small onion, diced into small pieces
1 can mushroom pieces
1 box Swansons chicken broth
1 box Uncle Bens wild rice in cooking bag. cooked as directed
1 (8 oz.) carton heavy (whipping) cream

Simmer cooked cicken, onions, mushrooms and chicken broth for 30 minutes until onions are soft.

Add cooked rice and heavy cream and simmer until desired consistency.
