It's the mayonnaise that they use. I used to work there and while I a can't give descriptive ingredients or recipes, I can say that they mayonnaise, that is in the chicken salad itself and the extra which is added onto the bread along with the spicy mustard, has sugar in it to add sweetness. It is my favorite chicken salad ever!
