CHILI MAC MEAT AND SAUCE1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 small bottle of "Brooks Tangy Ketchup"
2 small cans of hot dog sauce (I use "Chili Man" hot dog sauce)
{Here is your problem above.}(I worked for Steak N Shake a long time ago and the sauce is not done like this. Use Brooks Ketchup and Worcestershire Sauce for your Chili Mac. This is the secret but you will have to try it til you get it right, I can't remember the exact ratio of sauce to ketchup) (

3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Cooked spaghetti (amount depends on number of people to serve)
Brown meat and onions; drain. Add ketchup, hot dog sauce, brown sugar and vinegar; simmer. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. I like putting shredded cheddar cheese on mine! Enjoy!
