This recipe doesn't really taste like any of the Jim & Nick's in Alabama. I heard a rumor from a J&N's employee that the biscuits are primarily made from "Cake Mix" and a little "Cornbread Mix" with a few added ingredients. If anyone knows a similar recipe please post it.
I appreciate everyone's input and attempt to duplicate.
