Recipe(tried): Abuelo's Queso Dip and Spinach Queso

Here you go Deb - it is so easy:

QUESO ABULEO'S

Velvetta
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Red pepper
Green chilies
Salt to taste

Cook the veggies; add the Vevletta. Simple.

Note: If you want make it easier, buy Velveeta Mexican HOT mix with little milk or cream.

Here is one just as good:

SPINACH QUESO

Take frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze well (about 1/4 cup, or more if you like.)

Take a as much Pepper Jack Cheese, cut into cubes and
melt in a pan with some cream or milk.

Add the spinach stiring often..Add as much milk or cream till you get the thickness you desire... OH THIS IS SO GOOD Hj
