Basically, look up the recipe for the Firecracker Sticks (click here) and leave out the andouille sausage. The mixture is mixed together and topped with parmesan cheese and put under the broiler, then diced tomatoes are added when it comes out. The garlic bread with it is just pita bread that is spread with a garlic butter mixture and broiled.
