I went out to eat for my birthday at On the Border. I LOVE chile rellenos, but I've never had one that was so good. Does anyone know how they make it? The outside was so crispy, yet light. And I don't know what kind of cheese they used inside the poblano? I would like to try and make it for my family! Thanks!
