HOMEMADE CONDENSED MILK
Yield: 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) = 1 can condensed milk

1 cup (250 ml) skim milk powder
2/3 cup (150 ml) icing sugar
1/3 cup (75 ml) boiling water
2 tbsp. (25 ml) butter, melted
Blend until smooth. Keep in refrigerator.
