Hi Jill, I queried 'skillet apple pie' because I'm looking for it too. The pie I tried was at Don Pablos Mexican restaurant in Flint, MI. It was the accompanying sauce that made it special. It supposedly is made with a Mexican liquer. Anybody out there know of it?
