Broccoli Ham Ring
1/4# ham 1/4# fresh broccoli (cut into florets) 1 small onion 1/2 cup fresh parsley 6 oz Swiss cheese, shredded 2 Tblsp dijon mustard 1 tsp lemon juice 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion, and parsley with food chopper. Coarsely grate cheese (1 1/2 cups) with grater-slicer. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on 13 inch baking stone with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside. There should be a 3 inch diameter circle in center. Evenly spoon filling over base. fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at center. Filling will not be completely covered. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
