Yes, I do agree with you, Boston's Corn muffins are very good. In fact, if my husband would let me, I would eat at Boston's every night. I happen to LOVE their food. Unfortunately, DH does not like Boston at all. What can I say?
Anyway, if you like Boston's corn muffins, try these, they are just like them but BETTER, I guarantee it.

yields 9 muffins
1 c. flour 1 c. cornmeal 1/2 c. sugar 1 T. baking powder 1/2 t. salt 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. half and half 1 egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tins
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter and mix til crumbly. In a separate bowl, mix the half and half with the egg and fold in the liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Spoon into tins filling to the top. Bake 25 mts. They will not get very brown on top.
