Recipe(tried): A&P's Spanish Bar Cake (copycat recipe using cake mix)

I too have looked for this recipe for years. My substitution is

1 box spice cake
raisins
cream cheese frosting

That's the closet I've come to it.....Will be checking back to see if anyone has the recipe!
