Best Chili in the World

1 lb. ground chuck...(must be ground CHUCK) 1 medium onion chopped 1 package Chili-O mix (must be Chili-O mix) 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can Bush’s chili Beans
Brown ground chuck with onion and pour off all fat when finished...stir in package of Chili-O mix....we have used other mixes and it is not as good....Chile-O is best.....Add can tomatoes and stir in can Bush’s beans.....Other beans just do not measure up.....then rinse out bean can with one can water added.....bring to a boil while stirring and then turn on LOW and simmer for about 3 hours....if you can wait that long.....you can double and triple this recipe by just using same amount of ingredients.....we add shredded colby jack cheese and eat it with cheez-it junior crackers....ENJOY....let us know how you like it......this recipe won national cookoff without the beans.
