The very BEST Veal Marsala I have ever tasted is served at Paisano's Italian Restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. I can not locate a copy cat recipe for this incredible dish. Does any one have it...or...can anyone get it? I don't live in Texas any longer...but dream about this superb meal and long for a return to this fine restaurant!
