This may sound goofy, but I have never liked pancakes but we went to International House of Pancakes, in CHarlotte, NC, and they have the most delightful, wonderful tasting Harvest Grain Pancakes on their menu, I am now hooked on these pancakes, Sme of the ingredients are walnuts, wheat pancake mix, and oats, I wonder if they are called Harvest Grain pancakes, because they Add Harvest Grain Cereal to the wheat pancake mix?
Can you help me locate a copycat recipe or help me to concoct this recipe?
