If you do happen to find the recipe for this most wonderful and unusual stuff, fried bowtie pasta, please post it. As I have been looking for it since last Spring. I just can't figure how you do it. Maybe boil, roll in some kind of seasoned batter and deep
fry for a very short time!?
If this even sounds remotely possible, maybe you and I could put our heads together to figure this winderful stuff out....lol
