Hi CF, It's not difficult to make flavored cream cheeses. What I do is take a room temperature 8 ounce block of cream cheese, put in a mixing bowl and whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy, then fold in about 3-4 Tablespoons of whatever flavor of preserves or jam that you'd like. You can add as little or as much jam or preserves as you would like (within reason of course). After mixing well, place in container and chill. This is an incredibly easy and inexpensive way to enjoy flavored cream cheeses. Honey butter is also easy to make. Whip softened butter or margarine and add Honey until you get your desired sweetness...then chill.
I hope this helps! Enjoy! Stacy
