Artichoke and Spinach Dip (My recipe)

1 (14 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 small pack frozen(chopped leaves)spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
1 PACKAGE Sargento 'italian 6 cheeses' mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/8 or more tsp. hot chili oil(in the oriental section of market)
1 sourdough baguette or crackers for dipping

Chop artichoke hearts and mix with the other ingredients except chili oil and mayonnaise(which can be mixed together), add chili/mayonnaise to other ingredients and spread in a small casserole, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until edges are bubbling and light brown. I make this dip very often and it goes very faaast!!!
