Take Fresh Jalapenos approx (6) roast them in your oven broiler all over...turning them to roast (almost burn) the total outside of the Jalapeno Skin...place jalapenos while there hot in tin foil and wrap really well so that the Jalapenos will "sweat" as they sit in the tin foil...approx 20 minutes later....peel skin off jalapenos and take seeds out....Place Jalapenos into Blender with 1 large clove of Fresh Garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt....and add 1 cup Water (more might be used to thin sauce) Blend in the Blender until all is smooth and creamy adding water as necessary to thin sauce to desired consistancy. TaDa! The closest thing to Chicos Tacos Green Sauce! Hope you Enjoy!
